Keskin, who completed his military service in the Malazgirt district of Muş in 1974, has continued to keep his love for Sultan Alp Arslan and the spirit of Malazgirt alive ever since.

Keskin, who toured the cities wearing a specially made war uniform, attended the 954th anniversary celebrations of the Malazgirt Victory held at the Ahlat Recep Tayyip Erdoğan National Garden, where the Sultan Alparslan Tent was also built in the Ahlat district.

Keskin, who became the center of attention in the area where the celebrations were held with his armored war costume, took photos with the citizens.

"I tell children and young people about the Ottoman and Seljuk spirit."

Keskin told an Anadolu Agency (AA) correspondent that people from every province of the country participated in events celebrating the glorious victory.

Keskin stated that he is trying to visit all cities in Türkiye and added:

"I try to explain the Ottoman and Seljuk traditions everywhere I go. I invite people over, tell them about history and the glorious epic as best I can, and answer their questions. People show me great interest. Everywhere I go, everyone takes photos with me. I do this without any support. I had four apartments in Denizli, which I donated to the Mehmetçik Foundation. I convey the Ottoman and Seljuk spirit to children and young people. I explain the world empire that ruled three continents. We need to be united. If we are united, we will be strong."

Muhsin Ünal, who posed for a photo with Keskin, said, "Hasan Bey is taking action and telling people about Ottoman, Seljuk, and Turkish history. God helps those who take action. May God bless Hasan Bey; he is raising awareness. He is doing a very good thing. Awareness is very important."
